🐝 Spring has Sprung at Our Apiary!🐝

The spring wild flowers are starting to bud and our clover is starting to wake up. We are excited and optimistic that our apiary rebuilding is on track, with our honeybee colonies emerging from the winter healthy, and ready to get to work.

We are focused on aiding the continued growth of our smaller colonies and simultaneously preparing to collect honey from the larger ones. Our primary goal is to continue strengthening our apiary from the previous year's population losses, and resume bottling the high quality, nutrient packed, local honey that we (& our bees) take pride in.

🐝Please remember that Raw Honey crystalizes over time. When this occurs, it is still as good & nutritious as the day it came out of the hive. To re-liquify crystallized honey, heat the honey container in warm water (under 100 degrees Fahrenheit to protect flavor and nutrients) to return it to its golden flowing state. 🐝

*Cinnamon Honey is considered a Cottage Food under Chapter 3715 of the Ohio Revised Code, and is limited to sales in the state of Ohio.
